I had an amazing stay at this heavenly working farm in Umbria. The beautiful scenery, the genuinely kind and hospitable staff, and the well-decorated rooms all added to the true Italian experience. The restaurant served delicious food, and the abundant breakfast was a great start to the day. The location was perfect for visiting Perugia and Assisi, and the on-site spa was exceptional. The swimming pool was also a nice feature. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a smaller room with no window view or private patio, which made it a bit less comfortable. Additionally, the layout of the facility is more suited for families or small groups, so couples looking for privacy should carefully choose their room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing guests to easily explore nearby cities such as Assisi and Perugia. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The on-site restaurant is a highlight, serving delicious food made from homemade produce, including wines and jams. Guests can also enjoy the stunning infinity pool and well-maintained gardens.

Some guests experienced issues with the warm water running out quickly in their rooms.

I always stay at this cozy place. Had tech issue at first. They fixed it right away. It suits perfectly! Wi-Fi, parking, AC, shuttle, TV. Coming back for xmas!

The children's playground and sun terrace were a hit with our little ones, keeping them entertained for hours. We also loved exploring the surrounding area, indulging in horse riding and hiking adventures. Our youngest, who is under 3, had the time of their life exploring the farm and getting up close with the animals. It was a truly memorable experience!

For dads, it would be great to have a few more outdoor activities specifically tailored for families with children.
